Summary
- We collect the details you type into our contact, free-trial and order forms, plus limited technical data about the request.
- We use it to reply to you, set up trials, process orders and renewals, and prevent spam and abuse.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use invasive device fingerprinting.
- Payments are arranged manually with you; this website does not collect card or bank details.
Information you send us
Depending on the form, we collect:
- Contact form: full name, email address, subject and message.
- Free-trial form: full name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, device type, player-app name, the countries whose channels you want, your adult-content preference, optional notes and — only for MAG devices — the device's MAC address.
- Order form: the same details, plus the plan length and number of connections you choose, whether it is a new line or a renewal, and — only for renewals — your previous username.
MAC addresses and previous usernames are discarded by our server if they don't apply to your request (for example, a MAC address entered for a non-MAG device).
Technical and anti-abuse data
When you submit a form, our server records:
- your IP address, as seen by our server;
- your browser's user-agent string and, where it can be derived from it, the browser family, operating system and device category;
- your browser language and timezone (read with a standard browser function, not from your location);
- the referring page, if your browser sends one;
- the time of the request, the form used and a reference number.
We use this to prevent spam, fraud and abuse — for example by limiting how many requests one address can send in a short time. Where configured, we may check your IP address against an IP-reputation service to estimate whether it belongs to a VPN, proxy or hosting network. Such results are signals, not facts, and are never used as the sole reason to refuse a genuine customer. Where enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile check may also run on our forms to tell people from bots.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address, requested page and time) for security and troubleshooting.
Live chat (Tawk.to)
Our website uses the Tawk.to live-chat widget. The widget loads on the website and may process technical, connection, session, cookie or similar data even before you send a chat message — for example to keep the chat window working across pages and to show whether an agent is available.
If you use the chat, your messages and any details you provide (such as your name or email) are also processed by Tawk.to and made available to our team so we can reply. Tawk.to processes this information under its own privacy policy. Please don't share passwords or payment details in chat.
WhatsApp and email
If you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number, profile details and messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, and are visible to our team. When you email us or submit a form, we send and receive email through our email provider (Google Gmail). Form submissions generate an internal notification to our team and, for free-trial and order requests, a confirmation email to the address you entered.
Cookies and local storage
- Theme preference. If you choose light or dark mode, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage (key
beast-theme). It never leaves your device. - Live chat. Tawk.to may set cookies or use similar storage to run the chat widget, as described above.
- Security checks. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on our forms, it may use cookies or similar data needed for the check.
We do not use advertising cookies. Our fonts are served from our own domain, not loaded from a third-party font service.
How we use information
- to reply to your questions and provide support;
- to set up free trials, process orders, activate lines and handle renewals;
- to confirm payment arrangements with you;
- to prevent spam, fraud, abuse and misuse of our service;
- to comply with legal obligations and handle copyright or legal requests; and
- to keep records of requests and orders.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing a contract or steps you request before one, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the website and service, such as:
- our website hosting provider;
- Google (Gmail) for sending and receiving email;
- Tawk.to for live chat;
- WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there;
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) if bot protection is enabled;
- a rate-limiting data store (such as Upstash Redis) if enabled, which holds short-lived request counters; and
- an IP-reputation provider, if configured, which receives the IP address being checked.
These providers may process data in other countries. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: support conversations for as long as they are useful to help you, order and renewal records while you are a customer and afterwards as needed for accounting, dispute and legal purposes, and anti-abuse data (such as rate-limit counters) only for short periods. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Security
Our forms are served over HTTPS, validated on the server, protected against automated abuse, and size-limited. Access to submissions is restricted to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To make a request, email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
Our service is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. Adult content is only provided on request to people of legal age.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices change; the effective date at the top will change too. Questions? Email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com or use our contact page.
