Our commitment
We write our own website content, use original or properly licensed graphics, and do not display television-network logos, film posters or other third-party artwork on this website. We do not claim partnerships with, or endorsement by, any broadcaster or rights holder.
When we receive a complete and valid copyright notice, we review it promptly and act on it in good faith. No process can promise that disputes will never arise, but we aim to make reporting straightforward and to respond responsibly.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- content published on beasttv4k.com and its pages;
- material made available through, or referenced by, the Beast TV service; and
- any account or line whose use is linked to allegedly infringing activity.
Third-party player apps mentioned on this website are independent products. Concerns about the apps themselves should be sent to their developers or the relevant app store.
Sending a copyright notice
To help us act quickly, your notice should include:
- The copyrighted work. A description of the work you believe has been infringed — or, if several works are covered by one notice, a representative list.
- The material and where it is. Enough detail for us to locate it: the exact URL(s) on our website, or the channel name, programme, date and time for material made available through the service.
- Your contact details. Your name, organisation (if any), postal address, telephone number and email address.
- Good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use described is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- Accuracy and authority statement. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Signature. Your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is generally acceptable as an electronic signature).
Incomplete notices may delay our review; if something is missing, we will ask you for it.
How we review notices
- Acknowledgement. We confirm receipt of your notice by email.
- Completeness check. We check that the notice contains the information listed above and ask for anything missing.
- Assessment. We identify the material referred to and assess the notice in good faith.
- Action. Where appropriate we remove or disable access to the material identified, and we may restrict or suspend the related account or line.
- Notification. Where we can, we tell the affected customer that material was removed or disabled, and how to send a counter-notice.
- Record. We keep a record of the notice and our response, including for the repeat-infringer policy below.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should include:
- identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Beast TV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a valid counter-notice we may forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not tell us within a reasonable period that they have started legal action, we may restore the material where appropriate.
Repeat-infringer policy
Beast TV may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts or lines of customers who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices. Termination under this policy does not entitle the customer to a refund, as described in our Terms of Service.
Inaccurate or abusive notices
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice or counter-notice may create legal liability for the sender. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
Where to send notices
Email copyright notices and counter-notices to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright / DMCA notice”. Using that subject helps us route your message quickly. General questions go through our contact page.
